Welcome to ESP

Welcome to Claremont Splash!

If you are a student at the Claremont Colleges interested in helping with the logistics of the event, you are on the right page!

What is Splash?

Splash is a one-day weekend event during which students at the Claremont Colleges teach high school students "anything" in interesting, short hour-long classes. We are hosting Splash at Harvey Mudd College this year.

When is it?

Saturday, February 22nd, 2020

Why should I help out?

Because it is lots of FUN!

How can I get involved as a day of volunteer?

Come to our official Splash Info Session in February to learn more and sign up!

What exactly would I be helping out with?

You would help set up and then run the student and teacher check-in/registration at the "Front Desk," in the morning,

help with the setting up and distribution of food and drinks during lunchtime,

be available to answer any questions parents and students and direct them to the various classrooms where classes are taking place throughout the day,

be responsible for addressing any last-minute issues that teachers may have in terms of rooms/supplies etc.

How can I get more involved?

Sounds great but you want to do even more?

Well, the easiest way is to take on the challenge of teaching a class! Go to the "Teach" tab above to find out how to sign up. Some teachers may also want to volunteer during the hours they are not teaching, but this is not required.

When do I sign up?

Signups will go live later this semester! Check back in November and look for our signs around campus.
